IKORODU APC CHIEFTAIN APPEALS TO INDIGENES IN DIASPORA TO INVEST IN THE DIVISION

An appeal has gone to indigenes of Ikorodu division in diaspora to consider investing in the division, in order for the division to develop and become the pride of all. Making this appeal was a chieftain of the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC and a former house of reps aspirant in the Ikorodu constituency,  Hon Prince Lanre Sanusi, popularly referred to as PLS by his teeming fans.

Prince Sanusi made this call while featuring as guest on Ikorodu Division Icon Show on Nigeria’s premier online community radio, Ikorodu Oga Radio, hosted by community media mogul, Omo’ba Adepeju Akinyemi, founder and Chief executive officer of the community radio.

Speaking further, Sanusi posited that, all hands must be on deck, by Ikorodu division indigenes, at home and in diaspora for the division to effectively compete with other divisions in Lagos state.

On the dreaded Badoo gang attacks on Ikorodu community, PLS called on the federal government to see the Badoo scourge as a national problem, rather than Ikorodu problem, stating that if not well handled and properly nipped in the bud, the incessant attacks could spread beyond Ikorodu and Lagos state to other parts of the country, like the Boko Haram insurgency.

The APC chieftain also used the opportunity of the interview to assure residents of Ikorodu division that the newly elected local government chairmen  across the six LCDAs will deliver democracy dividends to residents.
