An Ikorodu based microfinance company, Topmost Life Empowerment and Development Initiative (TEDI), otherwise known as ‘Better don Land’ has expanded its operations through the formal opening of its new head office within the premises of Lagos State Polytechnic, Ikorodu Campus. This, we learnt is aimed at bringing its services closer to the people.
Speaking at the opening of the office, Mrs Oludoyin Yakubu, CEO of the finance house disclosed that, the company, which was established few years ago, has been able to overcome many challenges it faced in the beginning. She added that, prompt payment of customer’s savings when requested as well as judicious management of customers’ funds has been the secret and strength of the company’s growth and expansion. She concluded by giving glory to God for His faithfulness since inception.
Also speaking at the moderate event, Mr Oluwafemi Yakubu, Chairman of the company also reiterated the company’s commitment to the happiness and well-being of current and intending customers, towards meeting their financial needs.
It was testimony galore as some customers testified to the integrity and proven performance of the company, from their different but, similar personal experience of confidence and satisfaction with the company’s products and services.
Earlier, at the event, State Pastor, Winners’ Chapel, Ikorodu, Pastor Triumphant Obamoh while dedicating the new office, stated that any life without a product or service has no future. Citing the instance of popular brands that has existed for many decades, he challenged guests at the event to identify a need around them and create a product out of it.
Pastor Obamoh however, lauded the management of Topmost Life Empowerment and Development Initiatives (TEDI) for putting smiles on the faces of their customers.
Some of the company’s products include, daily contribution (Ajo), lease financing, target savings, loans among other unique microfinance products. The new office, located at the Glass House, LASPOTECH Staff Cooperative Society has since opened for business activities.
