The Executive Chairman of Ikorodu Local Government, Hon Wasiu Adeshina has praised the unique leadership traits of the Alagura of Agura, Oba Ahmed Olakunle Ogunnaike Ogunderu.
Adeshina spoke on Saturday during the 2nd Anniversary Celebration of the monarch.
The event was graced by Royal Fathers and important dignitaries within and outside of Ikorodu Division.
Adeshina said, ‘It is with honour and a sense of admiration that I join the good people of Agura kingdom to felicitate the 2nd coronation anniversary of His Royal Majesty, Oba Ahmed Moroof Olakunle Ogunnaike, the Alagura of Agura. A profound first-class Oba’.
‘The enthronement of His Majesty 2 years ago marked a significant milestone in the Agura community as it heralds an era defined by unparalleled wisdom, compassionate leadership, and the relentless drive for m prosperity in the Agura Kingdom’, he added.
‘On behalf of the good people of Ikorodu Local Government, I wish you enduring health, boundless wisdom, and resources to continue this noble journey. May Agura land experience even greater peace, prosperity, and unity during your reign’, he concluded.
Hon. Adesina further reiterated his administration’s commitment towards promoting cultural development through partnership with traditional institutions, while pledging his unavowed support for the overall development of Agura Kingdom’.
